Charles Rusciano (CEO), a principal and shareholder whose experience spans 32 years in the construction industry, provides an in-depth knowledge of co-gen installations, ground-up builds, general office and EBC construction, biomedical laboratory development, as well as Clean Room, OSHPD, and Data Center construction. |

Margaret Rusciano (CFO), the majority shareholder, provides overall management guidance to RCI. Her 12 years of experience has been dedicated to the financial aspects of the construction industry and her vast experience aids RCI in keeping a competitive edge in this market. |

Rick Pearce (EVP), a recent addition to the RCI team, is responsible for business planning, business development and marketing for RCI. With over 15 years of real estate experience, he provides RCI with operational expertise as well as an in-depth knowledge of commercial financing programs, including Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing. |
